Holiday Home Beethoven BnB is a non-smoking apartment on the top floor of a two-storey house built in 1929. The house is situated on a 500 sqm garden property centrally located at Beethovenstr., a quiet side street close to the centre of Oberursel (Taunus), which is five minutes walking distance away. Usually parking is possible directly in front of the house.
The apartment (size aprox. 40 square meters) was built completely from scratch and thermally insulated in 2005, it includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160 cm by 200 cm, one with a single bed 90 cm by 200 cm), a living room (couch, dining table, TV) with kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishwasher) and bathroom (shower). A baby cot is available as well as a fourth mobile bed to allow four people to stay.
Internet access via WiFi (wireless Lan). Use of the garden is possible in consultation with the other inhabitants of the house. Children are welcome to play in the garden.
A washing machine is available in the basement of the house and may be used by stays of five days or more.

BREAKFAST
If breakfast is desired, it will be made available as self service: Everything for a good and healthy breakfast (bread, toast, eggs, sausage, cheese, apples, bananas, cereals, juice) will be in the kitchen. Guest will have to fix coffee and/or tea. Prices depend on cost of purchased items plus a charge of 8.50 EUR (incl. 19 % VAT).
SEASONAL CHANGES
During times of the Frankfurt fair (Messe Frankfurt) rates may be up to 30 per cent higher (depending on the fair and the calendar of occupancy – look out for last minute discounts – please ask for rates).
